Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I understand you would like to cancel your Game Pass subscription by removing your card from your account. I can definitely help you out here.

First thing you should do is cancel the subscription. You can manage your subscriptions here :

Services & subscriptions.

You are not able to remove a card from file while you have a subscription active. You can

remove your card after you cancel your subscription.
