Xbox 9th gen controller doesn't connect via usb

Hello i've bought an xbox 9th gen controller on Amazon i was planning to use it with cable even before i've bought however my windows 11 computer doesn't see it i've tried other devices using that usb port and it works normally and the type-c cable im using is capable of data transfer i've checked it with my phone and was able to upload images to my phone or or copying them to my desktop

after some time my controller worked for 15 minutes then it stopped working it just vibrates when plugged in and it doesnt show itself on device manager or anywhere

i've checked windows update there is no update needed and i've tried DISM and sfc scannow no problems in there

I've tried with my father's phone cable and it is still the same, for the replacement i still have the warranty but i accidentally threw away the box so im not sure they would replace it

No, i meant i've used the same port with different devices such as my phone, my fathers phone all are ok and capable of doing data transfer

You mentioned that you tried to connect your controller to another device, did you mean another Windows machine?
If it's being detected on a different Windows machine, kindly check check for your controller updates using the Xbox Accessories app.

And to further isolate the issue, I would still suggest that you try using different USB cables and try all available USB slots.
