Xbox $75 promotion

Still haven't gotten mine yet. Sorry for another one of these posts guys, but i was told by the support to make a post here so I am. Hopefully this will help the situation.

When you purchased the console did you set it up and make it your Home console and register it on the website? You would have needed to do that in order to get the offer.

 

Yes i did all of those the day i got it but have not received a code.

May i ask what is holding it up? Is there anything i can do to speed up the process?

 

There are several users that have not received there, and there's an investigation team that is looking into it. There isn't anything else you can do except what you already have done. I do appreciate your patience, and apologize for the delay in this response.

 

Alright thanks for the reply. I just thought there might be something i could do. I have the serial number for the xbox and the receipt to prove i bought it in the time frame.
