Xbox 720?

Hey you all know the E3 Show is coming up soon. I was just thinking maybe they will call it Xbox 720 you know. Xbox 360 made the HD standard. It was the turning point in the gaming industry. Now 4K is the new turning point with Project Scorpio rise. Now
I just can't wait for it's presentation at E3. What are y'all thoughts?

Tele is 1080i x 720p so I have set Xbox to 720p but my humax which is connected through the Xbox can output at 1080i that'a why I was wondering what to select for that?

 

They will most likely NOT call it Xbox 720. Microsoft DOES NOT go in increments like Sony (Eg. PS2/3/4). Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox 1, [??]. But calling it Xbox 1 is confusing cause people may think it's the first Xbox console version. People already thought back
in 2013 that Microsoft would be calling the next Xbox console after Xbox 720 or Xbox Durango. They were TOTALLY WRONG, when Microsoft revealed the name to be Xbox 1. Maybe they'll go for Xbox 1 Pro or Xbox 1 X or Xbox 1+. While Xbox 360 had an HDMI port, most
games on Xbox were running natively in only SUB-HD resolution then UPSCALED to HD (720p) and full HD (1080p). Xbox 360 only had a mere 512MB system memory. Xbox 1 has 8GB DDR3. And Xbox Scorpio (which is what a lot of peeps are calling it) will thrash PS4
Pro, with it's 12GB GDDR5 @ 326GB/s bandwidth compared with PS4's not so Pro's 8GB GDDR5 @ 224GB/s.

All of a sudden, Sony fans are no longer talking about Resolution and Hardware Specs. They have been doing this for years. Guess what they're talking about? They "changed the subject" to "games". They don't want to face the fact Xbox Scorpio will be better,
which it will be. You show them Microsoft!!!!!! Karma.

I can't wait for the Presentation too. Maybe they already have an Xbox Scorpio console made, ready to showcase to us! The look, the price, and confirmed release DATE. Microsoft likely has already started manufacturing hundreds of Xbox Scorpio consoles. Maybe
they'll also reveal the ACTUAL name of Xbox Scorpio too.

 

I think it'll simply be called the Xbox One Scorpio, I mean they have recently trademarked a "split S" logo (google it)

 

Whatever they call the retail version or the logo used, I feel isn't important. But the quality of the hardware, software, size of updates etc, price tag and how well it vents and in what direction, at least to me, is very important.

 

Xbox One Scorpio would be the best option in my opinion.

 

Rumor has come out on the verge site. That it will be called Xbox 10 S. I don't know how legit it is tho.

 

Also, they wont want to drop the word "One" from the name as its still part of the Xbox One family, so whatever its going to be called, it'll include Xbox One in its name, just like the PS4 Pro still has PS4 in its name.
