    Hello YowNoppakhun,

    Xbox 360s currently do not have an end date, so yes all 360s still support xbox live. Check to make sure your Ethernet are connected in the correct ports. Also resetting your modem/router sometimes helps once everything is connected properly. If the problem
    persists. Contact Xbox or Microsoft directly.

    When did this start and has it always been? If you are using the internet just fine, I would think the issue is connecting to your account.
