Xbox 360S black screen whenever disc game launched

Dashboard is loading perfectly.

Access to profiles is working perfectly.

Access to xbox live is fine.

We tried the following games: Skyrim, MW2, Watchdogs, Dragon's Dogma... whenever the disc is spinning the screen would go black and nothing would happen.

Trying to go home after black screen is resulted into a non-responsive xbox.

Shutting down via controller is fine.

We tried two different monitors.

We tried HDMI and AV cable but none worked.

Poor Graphic Issue

On my xbox one whenever I launched a game whether on the system or on disc, their has been a flashy screen where the screen has been changing filter to color then to black and white. Also in the game there has been these weird shapes and images where the
screen is just a jumble of shapes and lines all around the person I am playing as. But when I exit to home screen I see all these red spots on the screen it continues on and keeps happening since last two weeks ago, Friday. Is there anyway I can fix it without
replacing it?

Is it a disc or downloaded version? Disc

What type of console are you using? Xbox 360

What size HDD are you using? 239 GB

What error code or message are you receiving? The Xbox reads the disc, but when launched, shows the Xbox logo then black screens.

 

Hi Speedy, try clearing your console's cache by going to setting, system, storage, highlight hdd, press y button, select clear cache, and then restart your console. Hopefully it will start working again.

Same thing has happened to me.Xbox starts up normally with gamerprofile,no problem there.Untill I start a game or app while being signed in,screen turns black and doesnt respond after that anymore.The thing is that I am able to play games when the hard disc
is out,but as soon I put the hard disc back in it restarts and same black screen freeze up starts all over again as soon I start a game or app.

Does anybody know what the problem is?And how I can solve it?

 

I tried clearing my system cache, but it did not work, I still get the problem.....
