    Hey we are having trouble getting the console to power up. Looked for tips online and narrowed the problem to the power adapter. Got a new one. Plug it in and the light on the adapter is red and console still will not power up. HELP?!

    Hey there Kristen,

    Sorry to hear you are running into these issues with your Xbox 360 console. If you have not yet gone through the

    Xbox 360 no power solution     support article then I would advise you take a look at it.

    Of course if you have already gone through it, You do already have a replacement power supply unit and still not working. Then unfortunately you would need to either set up a repair through any third party (as Microsoft won't take anymore 360 consoles for
    repair) or simply purchase a replacement.

    Is that just for one game? If so thats a bloody good deal you usually have to trade 2 in to get a new game at that price.
