Xbox 360 zurücksetzen auf werksseitige Voreinstellungen [Xbox 360 to & #252; rely on ...

Ich möchte die Xbox 360 vollständig zum Auslieferzustand zurücksetzen. Ich weis dass es dazu mal einen einfachen Menü Punkt in den Einstellungen gab nur gibt es den nicht mehr. Alle Suche hat mich nur auf "Werkseitige Voreinstellungen" der Xbox One gebracht
aber wie funktioniert das jetzt bei der Xbox 360? Ich betone noch ich möchte NICHT nur meine Festplatte formatieren und auch NICHT einfach das anfängliche Setup starten.

Wenn Du die Konsole verkaufen möchtest, solltest Du den kostenlosen Telefonsupport anrufen. Es gibt eine Tastenkombination, mit der Du die Konsole zurücksetzen kannst, die ist aber abhängig von der Seriennummer der Konsole.

Der Support "berechnet" dann anhand der Seriennummer den Rücksetzcode und Du kannst die Konsole in den Auslieferungszustand zurücksetzen.

Schade dass man als Besitzer einer Xbox 360 nicht selbst entscheiden darf wann man das Gerät zurück setzt. Und man dafür über eine, zur Zeit überlastete, Hotline gehen muss um etwas an seinem Eigentum verändern zu können. Ein einfacher Menüpunkt in der Xbox
360 Steuerung wäre benutzerfreundlich und würde Stress / Zeitaufwand vermeiden.

Aber DANKE für die Antwort ArminatorX, ich werd noch mal versuchen bei der Hotline durch zu kommen.

Der "Wahnsinn" hat schon seinen Grund. Da mit diesem Code auch die Jugendschutzsperre gelöscht wird, möchte Microsoft eben vorher telefonisch checken, ob nun wirklich ein Erwachsener den Schlüssel vergessen hat, oder ob da der Sohnemann versucht ohne das
Wissen der Eltern doch abends nach der Zu-Bett-Geh-Zeit "Call of Battlefield: The Zombie Chainsawing" spielen will.

Einfach auf
dieser Seite einen Rückruf anfordern. So hängen die in "Deiner" Warteschleife, während Du Dich bis zum Rückruf um andere Dinge kümmern kannst.
