    XBOX 360 YouTube limited to 720p, HD gone?


    I haven't been online for a few years. Today, I was excited to get my Xbox 360 online.

    I was prompted to install updates on startup and I immediately noticed YouTube's video quality was lower than it used to be.

    I checked the resolution and the YouTube app's maximum resolution isn't "HD" now, it's limited to 720?

    The reason why I prefer to game in 720p is beacause......

    Last time I checked 720p was HD, a majority of Xbox 360 games were Sub-HD.

    Doesn't the Xbox 360 run the HD films in only 720p? And doesn't the PS3 run Netflix HD in 1080p?

    1080 HD

    It's actually not that bad. They seem to be making a compromise between gameplay and graphics. I can still upload to youtube in HD at least. 720p HD is better then no HD. I have been playing ESO on PC at 1080p and although the graphics are great the gameplay
    is quite bad.
