    XBox 360/XBox One/XBox Live Save Deletion Problem


    So I hope I can explain this correctly....

    I'm playing Fallout New Vegas (a 360 game) on my XBox One. I had the free XBox Trial for a hot second. Apparently, FNV was saving to the XBox Live cloud. I canceled my Live subscription and am trying to start a new FNV game but I can not get rid of the
    game that was saved into the cloud AT ALL! I've gone to the manage games screen, but it only gives me the option to delete locally saved data on the console. And any FNV game I start seems to save on to the cloud and starts at the last save # of my last
    game (for example, the first save in a new game will save at #624). How can I get rid of this confounded save???? And how can I save locally on to the console?

    I hope someone out there can help!

    Questions for new buyer

    You don't need Gold for cloud saves, Silver membership works for that also.

    First,how can people take money out of your paypal? you are the only one who is supposed to know the info,you should change the password

    Second , You will need to contact the Xbox Live Support team and tell them exactly what happened , and they will help you.

    Third - The Save game deletion means your Xbox 360 has a problem in it's saving area,you will need to take it to a professional and tell him the problem and he will fix it.

    Thats the problem.. The new 360 save will not transfer to the xbox one minecraft edition. The xbox one minecraft edition keeps downloading the first save, even though Ive deleted the first one off of the 360 and off of the xbox one edition.

    You need to delete the game saved in the storage
    NO, do NOT delete the save from your Xbox 360. It seems those other Ambassadors mistake your issue with a Xbox One problem.

    Are they Xbox One saves or Xbox 360 backwards compatible saves? If any are Xbox 360 saves I think they have to be deleted through an Xbox 360. If it is just Xbox One saves then I am puzzled as to why the opton is not appearing.

    Hi Nathan!

    Thanks for reaching out to us! If you're receiving the error message asking your to delete then sync them again, you don't need Xbox Live to be sync'd to the cloud, just internet connection, so long as you are on an Xbox One system. This is not true, however,
    if you are on an Xbox 360, in which case you would need an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

    If you are on an Xbox One, then feel free to delete the saved games and then resync the saves. If you are on an Xbox 360, then yes, it would delete all of his saved game data since he doesn't have an Xbox Live subscription.

    That depends if you had that save file transported from a Xbox 360 to Xbox One via Cloud Save or you started the save on Xbox One
    Where did you delete the save file? Xbox 360 or Xbox One?
