xbox 360 / xbox one same network collaborative games?

hey guys - quick question

I have a 360 and an One on the same network
I have a gold membership in my name
I have a couple of child accounts under this
is it possible to play against (or collaboratively) on games like Garden Warfare or Minecraft (without running own server)
(ie one of us on the 360 and the other on the One)
I don't seem to be able to do this - but I might be missing something

Xbox One Live Thread

The only question that is bothering me right now is if the Xbox One and the Xbox 360 will share the same network and if we will be able to talk between them, or if they are going to be completely separated.

360 and One on same gold account

If I sign in to Xbox Live on my Xbox One, will I also be able to sign in on the same account on my 360 at the same time? Say someone is using the Xbox One in the living room and I'm playing my 360 in my bedroom. Will I be able to use the same account?

WHITTEN: Yes this works! You'll be able to be signed on with the same gamertag on both an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One console at the same time. However, like today, you can only be signed into one Xbox 360 and one Xbox One at a time

if you are experiencing issues connecting to Xbox Live then please try the steps on the following support pages:

Xbox 360:
https://support.xbox.com/xbox-360/networking/connection-solution

Xbox One:
https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/networking/network-connection-error-solution

Both pages, will have several things to try to get it working.

When connection is working and if you have Xbox Live Gold then you can set up Cloud storage on the 360 and upload any save games to that, so the Xbox One (if you are using the same exact Xbox Live Account) can access those.

Keep in mind that only a selection of the 360 games are backwards compatible and that 360 and One versions of the same game might not be able to use the same save game.

If by system you mean, the Xbox One (original, S, X) and the Xbox 360. Then no, there is no difference as they both use the same Xbox Live Gold network, software and hardware, its just that those playing Xbox 360 games get matched with those playing Xbox
360 games, and those playing Xbox One games get matched with Xbox One games.

should come with 2 direct memory coming terabytes of manufactures because the games are huge !!! would be the same to buy a xbox 360 with only 25 gb hd not change much then collaborates al !!
