On what device are you setting your xbox live account from? PC, Mobile, console?

Next, how are you trying to connect? WIFI or Ethernet(wired)?

Have you tested your network first to check if your 360 is connected to the internet?

• The email address associated with the MSA has not been verified.

This means you're using a non-Microsoft email address that has not been verified.

Solution

If you use a non-Microsoft email address such as an @gmail.com or @yahoo.com address, you'll need to verify that you have access to that email account before you can use Microsoft services.

To verify your account, sign in to your Microsoft account at any xbox.com page, such as this one, and follow the instructions to verify your email address. To learn more about how to verify your account, see "Call
