    Hello, so i bought a 1month prepaid card xbox live gold membership redeem code from a game stop , (the card is bought from the same region of my gamertag) but when i try to redeem it on the console i get this message saying not a valid code, try again, i
    also tried to redeem the code online and i get this message "Something went wrong, give it a try in a while.." and this error XBOS1005.

    Please help me.

    3rd support ticket and still no help

    At any rate the XBOS1005 error appeared when I tried to redeem my code on the XBOX SITE.....so whether the console was an xbox one or a 360 should not have mattered

    And this was the third code that has not worked..I have seen other persons reporting similar issues about the XBOS1005 error and to this point I have not seen any definitive answer on the issue...

    I bought a "Xbox 360 3 Months Membership Live Gold Worldwide" code but every time i try and redeem it it says "Sorry something went wrong try again later" and under it "Xbos 1005" this was 2 weeks (!!!!) ago and its still not redeeming. Does anyone know
