Xbox 360 / Xbox Live Gold Contract From Years Ago, How To Solve Now?

I can't remember if payment was made through Microsoft or a third party, but it was essentially a way to get a 360 on a payment plan if you signed a 2 year contract. However, a bunch of people who bought it and decided to no longer make payments would just try to re-sell them instead of cancelling their contract. It left a bunch of people with essentially brocked consoles because only the contract owner could resolve the issue.

It's not banned from Xbox Live only - I can't even sign in any of the profiles upon turning on the console. It displays the following prompt

It's not an account subscription, but a subscription payment for the console itself. So I doubt it migrated.

Ok, that means that you failed to pay your subscription to Xbox Live gold, The site does not exist because it is a program that ended many years ago, but in theory when renewing the subscription with the account you made the contract you should be able to solve it
