    Xbox 360 Xbox live failing


    So I’ve run across my first ever problem with the Xbox 360. I cracked open the box and booted it up for the first time in a year or so about a week ago and I haven’t been able to connect to the internet or Xbox live. When I try connecting to my home router
    WiFi it tells me that I can connect to it but not the internet and that it failed. It also tells me Xbox live is blocked. I deleted my account thinking that would fix it and I could just re download it. Only apparently I need Xbox live to re download that
    too. It then prompted me with an update which I needed Xbox live to install. However this update was what apparently allowed me to access Xbox live. So since I couldn’t download it from my xbox 360 I downaloed it off of a PC into a flash drive. I put the flash
    drive in my 360 an downloaded the update then it says I need a system update. Keep in mind I still can’t redownlaod my account and I still can’t connect to the internet or Xbox live. If you can help me please do.

    Downloading fails

    kk not pausing the download at all, still failing. Also enquired and three other xbox live members are experiencing the same issue on the 360. No download issues for Xbox one users. Some downloads fail at 7%.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Does the Xbox 360 provide you with an error message when it fails to connect to the network? Also, does it fail when connecting to network, internet or Xbox Live? We have an article entitled
