Xbox 360: Xbox live Failed

Bought a used xbox 360 recently and have been having issues connecting it to the internet via my wifi.. When I run the test connection, I get "Live Connection Error". The server status says up and running as well, but it will not connect.

Connecting to my phone's hotspot makes everything run fine, so I can only assume it's with this connection/router specifically.

I have tried:

-Power cycling

-Clearing Cache

-Assigning a custom IP

-Port Forwarding

-Roll back

-Formatting storage

-Factory Resetting network settings.

The only thing that has given any form of change is the network factory reset. The network test tells me i'm connected, but when I back out of the internet settings, i am told that live services are unavailable at this time, before it goes back to not connecting.
