    Hey guys,

    I'm trying to reset my 360 to play some old games. I have reformatted the hard drive and gone through everything. Every time I try and log into an account it says there is an update from Xbox live that I need to download in order to access Xbox live. I push update and it goes for a few minutes, but then it says update failed. I've tested the network connection and it is connecting to my modem and then to the internet, but not to Xbox Live. The error code is: 4497-0000-3080-0506-8B05-0018. I need the update to play Kinect and download my account and more updates. What can I do?
