Xbox 360 - Xbox live Connection lost.

My Xbox live Connection keeps getting disconnected every 5 min or so.

I have just bought Xbox One. Can it be since i am using my Xbox live accaunt on both the Devices, can this create a problem?

Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

And I'm also getting kicked from Battlefield 4 after a few minutes too. "lost connection to xbox live" "lost connection to EA servers". Then check xbox live connection and it says everything is fine.

 

Hi there, so is the issue with the 360 or Xbox One? Are you getting any kind of error code when you get signed out? Using the same account on both devices shouldn't matter, unless both consoles are one at the same time and are trying to use the same IP address,
which would only rarely happen if you have everything set to automatic.

One thing that can help with apparent random sign outs is deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile.

Delete and re-download profile:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Clear system cache:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

 

the issue was With the 360, but a little earlier i was on the Xbox one.

No, i got no erreoe code.

I will try the other suggestions.
