Xbox 360--> Xbox Live connection issue

Hello! My Xbox 360 will not connect to Xbox Live. I ran a Xbox Live connection test, but it failed to get past the WiFi connection stage. Here are my codes from when I pulled up the Error Status Report:

Try to test your connection to Xbox LIVE to see if this fixes the issue. Sometimes when renewing memberships there's syncing problems.

Go to your Xbox 360 Dashboard > Settings > System > Network Settings > Select your network type either Wired or Wireless > Test Connection to Xbox LIVE.

 

Bought gold membership but it is saying I can't play online.

Hey there, This issue is usually very easy to fix by simply testing your xbox live connection. Just follow these steps to test your connection to xbox live.

From the Xbox dashboard go to settings>system>Network settings>Select your network>Test Xbox Live connection

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try turning off the console and then power cycle the modem/router by unplugging the power for 10 seconds?
