xbox 360 xbox live - advanced warfare keeps logging out

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I understand that your Xbox 360 is having issues downloading Advanced Warfare. Was GTAV downloaded after or before you tried downloading Advanced Warfare? Also, I recommend trying out the troubleshooting steps
laid out in this support article if you haven't already: Xbox Live content won’t download on your Xbox 360 console

Is anyone having the problem on there Xbox one where they can sign into Xbox live but when they try to play advanced warfare online it says " advanced warfare services are not available at this time"? I keep getting this and I want to play online. Can someone
please help me?

Hello, on the same note, I had downloaded CoD Advanced Warfare off of XBOX live for my 360 a couple hours ago. It downloaded, but now it will not let me play the game. Could the fact that xbox live is out also be the reason my game will not play?
