Xbox 360 Xbox Live account creation not working.

Hey Microsoft, I've been having this issue with my 360, every time I try to make a Xbox Live account, it just tells me that I can't do that at the moment and shows 8015402B if anybody can help me out with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

The problem is really quite simple to solve, the error happens due to the email you are trying to use to create your account.

The Xbox 360 cannot verify the authenticity of the email you are trying to use to create an account.

A quick way for you to solve your problem would be to make the account through the xbox.com website

After you create your account on the site, just log in with your Xbox 360 account.

There is not a limit to Account Creation on Xbox LIVE.

That's not entirely correct. Yes, he has a working Live.com account. When he uses that account to sign in to xbox.com, the sign-in goes through and prompts him to create an XBox profile as having a Live account is different from having an XBox profile.
It is the XBox profile creation which is stuck in the 2nd-3rd step...

@zane, no it is the xbox account age.

also its not the windows live id age either. its the age that was inputted during the initial creation of the xbox live profile through the console.

once set the region of your account cannot be changed after creation
