Xbox 360 won’t update games

are you trying to connect via wifi or cable? if you are trying to connect via wi-fi, try using a cable. If does not work, try to contact support for clarification, they should know better what your problem is and how to solve it.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you may be experiencing with downloading games.
