Xbox 360 won't stay connected to live

Whenever I try to play an online multiplayer game such as COD or Destiny, every time I start playing xbox live signs me out! I've deleted my profile, cleared my cache three times, restarted my Xbox and redownloaded my profile. Still didn't work. I've tried
enabling UPnP and still no dice. I don't know what to do. Help?

Mine won't stay connected to xbox live at all

 

My XBox 360 won't stay connected to XBox Live.

I have checked my network setting, I have deleted my profile (profile only) and my cache (3 times) and I still can't play Call of Duty live.

Any help would be awesome.

my 360 signs me out everytime when i start a game.

 

After doing some research I found a solution.

1. Delete your profile.

(Settings >> System Settings >> Storage >> Hard Drive >> Profiles >> username >> Delete >> Profile only)

2. Clear you System Cache 3 times.

(Settings >> System Settings >> Storage >> Highlight Hard Drive >> Press Y >> Clear System Cache >> Yes)

3. Re-download your profile.

(Press Xbox Guide Button >> Download Profile >> Enter your Microsoft E-Mail >> Enter your Microsoft Password >> Done)

Been having the same issue here since December 31st. I've tried everything: delete/download profile, clean console cache, turn off my router and console for 2 minutes, reset my router to default settings then reconfigure it, reconfigure port forwarding,
wired connection, wireless connection, change ports while on wired connection, change DNS, etc. Still nothing works.

I sincerely hope Microsoft is aware of all these Live disconnecting issue threads.

 

I once had this issue, and the solution was pretty weird. On the Microsoft website, change one of your avatars clothes. then connect to live on the xbox and open your game. This was a fix about 6 months ago, but I am not sure now.

I have been having exactly the same problem, and have seen many other posts just like it... But nobody seems to have an answer.

Is this honestly something as common as it seems, but Microsoft offers no solution?

 

I tried the suggestions on here and now, rather than being able to connect unless playing a game. I cannot connect AT ALL. Microsoft continues to do nothing, yet still takes money.

 

Maybe try to put the game in first and then turn on your internet worked for me

 

Same here..I've tried just about everything mentioned here including power cycling of router and reconfiguration of router settings and ports. Nadda. It's completely random on when it signs you out. I just noticed mine signed me out even though it was already
signed out...LOL! Come on Microsoft get this resolved.

 

I have the same problem on the 360 disconnects after 5 or 10 minutes but the xbox one is still working fine and never lose connection.

 

Update:

I recently (just before X-mas) switched over to Comcast business (Tier 10up/25down) and they set up this router DPC3939B and I've had random disconnects...very intermittent...could be 5 min. or could be 20 min. before disconnect from Xbox live.

I just had the Comcast technician come out today and explained to him my issue and he seems to believe it's an issue between Xbox 360s and Microsoft (possibly update related). Technician checked the line connection (at wall and bldg.) and reports there are
no issues with line. All reports great.

I'm connected directly to the router just as the desktop. Have absolutely no issues with the desktop or any of my other devices (Xoom and cell phone) that are connected via wireless. WTF!

I've checked settings within router...nadda. I've power cycled Xbox and router...nadda. I've made sure ports are open, NAT off, Firewall off etc...Nadda.

I'm heavily leaning towards a recent Xbox 360 update that has possibly borked as is the technician.

 

Update:

Thought I try swapping back to my old 250GB HDD to see if it was HDD related. No. Using my 250GB HDD yielded the same results. Come Microsoft...this is obviously on your end given how many are having the issue suddenly.
