Xbox 360 won't let me sign in and disconnects from Live. How to fix?

My Xbox worked fine the last time I played it (early this month) I could sign in, I remained connected to Live. But now, it keeps disconnecting the wifi, and It won't let me sign into my own Xbox (could changing my gamertag have something to do with it?).
How can I fix this?

Xbox live disconnects when trying to play backwards compatible games on Xbox one

so I discoverered that my Xbox disconnects me from Xbox live (signs me out) when I go to play a 360 game on my Xbox and it won't let me sign back in at all. I tried today to play black ops 2 and it disconnected me again Andy won't let me sign in a still,
I tried removing my account, restarting my xbox and downloading account and now nothing. Ive tried asking Xbox support on twitter and they haven't replied, please help me

 

Can't play game content offline

Ok I lost my Xbox 360 do to a bad luck, I bought a lot of DLC's and games on it, anyways I got the new Xbox 360 slim and redownloaded all the DLC's and games I bought, but when I disconnect from Xbox LIVE it won't let me play the games or DLC's but I am
sign in to my gamer tag, just not sign in live. Please help!

 

I can't sign in either. I have connection, but can't sign in. I've reset my password about 5 times now. Called them up and they were no help. I have no idea what to do.

 

It works perfectly fine with my Xbox one, and my 360 was fine earlier this month. I wish I knew what was going on

Let's try a profile re-download on your console.

1. Go to Settings
2. System
3. Storage
4. All Devices
5. Profiles
6. Select your Profile If you have a USB Flash Drive follow steps 6.1 through 6.3 If not move on to step 7.1 and 7.2
   1. Select Move
   2. Select the USB Flash Drive
   3. Once moved to the flash drive, remove the drive from the console.
7. Only use this step if you don't have access to a USB flash drive to move your profile over to.
   1. Select Delete
      
   2. Delete Profile Only. This will not delete any game saves or DLC from the console.
      
8. Go back to the storage selection screen and highlight the hard drive
   
9. Select Clear system cache.
   1. Clear the system cache 3 times
      
10. Restart your console.
    

1. Once the console is back on, Press the guide button on your controller
   
2. Select Download profile.

You may have a lot of devices connected with your wifi causing it to slow down and shut down other devices.You must disconnect other device you rarely use and try to reboot your Xbox and try reconnecting to the wifi.If this doesn't work then you must contact
you local inter service provider
