Xbox-360 wont let me play black ops 2 multiplayer need help

hi Microsoft. every time I try to redeem black ops 2 on my Xbox 360. it wont let me. I tried it on an other Xbox 360 and it still doesn't work. plz help me

No errors on multiplayer and nat type open still! Im trying to play black ops 2 for 360 i play it every evening but tofay it will not let me sign into xbox live

i just played black ops 2 after not being able to play for 2 months and now it wont let me play it again
