    Xbox 360 won't connect


    Hi, I am trying to help my friends so sign into his Xbox live account but it just won't allow his account to connect on this device. One issue we have is it saying "account restricted" so I helped him create a new Microsoft account and then attempted to
    sign in this way and the Xbox 360 wont seem to connect no matter the account. It seems there was a restriction placed on the system from the original owner which has a global restriction? I'm wondering if there is a way to hardware reset the system. I know
    there isn't much support for this device anymore so if there is anything I can do please let me know.

    xbox 360 only freezes when connecting to online service for COD 3

    My xbox 360 won't let me connect to online play. It freezes while attempting to connect. The disk works fine in my dad's xbox and all of my other COD games connect online just fine.

    It's just COD 3. It's just on my xbox 360.
