    Xbox 360 won't connect to Xbox live


    Having trouble with kids Xbox 360.. is connecting to console and internet but not Xbox live so kids can't play . Has lost all their profiles .. can't even make a new one. Netflix has disappeared too. Have tried all the resets, turn off modem, etc.. just
    says I need to install update, but then won't do it. There is 430 mb on hard drive.. nothing at all saved on there.. would this not be enough for latest update? Thanks

    Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

    When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

    I'm having similar connection issues with Xbox live on my One. I can log into my account just fine but it's not connecting to xbox live. I was able to sign into live on my 360, but for some reason my One just won't let me connect.
