    Xbox 360 wont connect to XBox Live


    Hi, recently started using Xbox 360 again with the kids and paid for Xbox Live. When I enter my email and password that works with Xbox.com and Microsoft it wont let me in: error 'The email or password you entered didn't work. Try a different one, or use
    your app password you set up two step verification'.

    Its the same gmail email and password I use for Microsoft and Xbox live so should work!

    I have tried the authenticator app and still no joy.

    How do I get this to work?

    Any help appreciated.

    xbox live logs on here but not on the xbox

    i dont know how to log on to xbox live on the 360... i did the connection test and it worked it updated whatever but it wont long on to xbox live with this account ...
