    Hello

    I am in trouble and I really need some help

    I began to use my xbox 360 after a really long time and tried connecting to xbox live. My locality in the xbox is set to United States and so is my microsoft account region. I am very sure that US supports xbox live. however, it says xbox live is not available

    Hi there,

    I had the same problem a few years back when cranking up my old 360. If you have not done so already, try the following steps to reinstall your Xbox Live profile on your Xbox 360. This worked for me.

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
    2. Go to Settings and select System Settings.
    3. Go to Storage > All Devices > Gamer Profiles.
    4. Select your gamertag that you want to delete.
    5. Select Delete.
    6. Select Delete Profile Only. (This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.)

    Alternatively, try associating a credit card with your Xbox 360.

    You will have to use an us address

    But you won't be able to download a lot of games due to xbox 360 being mostly region locked

    Region locks don't apply to xbox one games however you will still need an us address
