Xbox 360 won't connect to the Internet or xbox live

Yesterday I bought an Xbox 360 but I can't connect to the Internet or xbox live. I want to download my live profile that already exists because I already have an Xbox One which works fine with my Internet. The Xbox 360 won't connect to the Internet though.
I have tested the cable and it works in the Xbox One but not the 360. I added the 360s Mac address to my router settings and it connected to the Internet once when I tested it and then never again. I also reset the console Internet connection setting and formated
the hdd. I can't use the console without Internet connection because most of my games are downloads from the store. Can anyone help?

Xbox 360 Internet connectivity Problem

I am trying to connect my xbox 360 to xbox live. Before I install the new update, the xbox internet works fine. But, after the update my xbox either does not connect to the internet or it says that the xbox 360 will connect to the internet but, xbox live
won't connect properly or something like that. I can only connect to the internet by using my laptop to share the connection. So does anyone have any idea to fix this? Thanks.

xbox 360 console says xbox live is blocked and it won't allow me to connect to the Internet

 

My internet speed isn't a problem. I checked on my PC with the same cable and I am getting 88mbps download, 14mbps upload with 34ms latency.

I also answered the below questions to the best of my ability (hope this helps):

What Country/State/Province do you live in? My account is UK but I am currently in Finland (this isn’t a problem for my X1)

Modem brand & model number: N/A

Router brand & model number: ZTE (I only have the router no separate modem)

How many consoles do you have connected to this router? 4 (not including the 360) 2 x PS4, 1 x PS3, 1 x Xbox One. I only use one at a time though.

Wired or wireless (for each console): All are wireless (except for the 360) but I have checked all with the wired connection and all work with the wired connection except for the 360.

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?
Don’t have an adapter.
