XBox 360 wont connect to Live. been down for 2 days.

I use it mostly for watching Hulu or movies, kids use it for Minecraft. The connection test runs fine until Live test then fails. My bill is paid so not sure what is going on.

Same issue - going on almost 24 hours now. The fact that Microsoft seems to be denying that there is an issue in the first place and issuing the same copy & paste responses repeatedly doesn't inspire much confidence. Unless this is fixed or at least acknowledged
soon, I'm sure this is going to convince many 360 owners to consider their options when upgrading systems. I certainly am and I've been playing xbox since the original (so almost 2 decades).

Im having the exact same problem but microsoft says live is fine like really wtf?

Hi, I find sometimes it is the modem, I turn it off and then back on after a minute and then turn the Xbox on and it works if that doesn't work here is the link https://support.xbox.com/en-AU/xbox-360/networking/connection-error-solution

tried all the suggestions to reset modem, cleared memory cache, turned off 5 min / on now. Still cannot sign in.

Internet works fine, it is wired not wireless. other devices work fine on internet.
