Xbox 360 wont connect to internet, failed..blocked..blocked

Hi been trying to connect my xbox 360 to the the internet via wireless connection to my phones wifi hotspot, when I try to connect, it keeps saying failed and blocked, the only way I got round this was I took the security password off the wifi hotspot
so it was open and unsecured, and it then connects to the internet, any answers on this please as I want to keep my wifi hotspot secured, my xbox one down stairs connects fine with no issues, it's just the xbox 360 upstairs, plus I've never had a issue in
the past, I've tried resetting everything and even done a factory reset but it still doesn't work, I even phone customer support who couldn't help either

try erasing the wireless connection setting for your phone from your xbox

Good Morning!

This issue is related to your smartphone wifi. Try change your password (set wpa password maybe).

After that u maybe have problems with internet browsing permissions of your mobile carrier. The carrier probably does not allow you to browse the domains required to use xbox live services.

Also, u can reach support team following these simple steps (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us#0:2:4):

Sign in to Xbox.com

Step 1: Scroll down and select Support at the bottom left under Xbox.
Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click Contact Us.
Step 3: Select Xbox, then "View Other Options"
Step 4: Select your problem
Select - "Show contact options"
Select - Request Support Call
