Title says it. My Xbox 360 Wireless N Networking Adapter will often disconnect me randomly and when I try to reconnect it will let me instantly. It is not my wifi. I have my laptop on the side of me at all times and my laptop's connection is perfect.
My friend as well also experiences the same exact problem. He bought an ethernet cable and connected his Xbox 360 wired and the problem was never an issue again. I often clear my system cache 3 times and for the most part it stops. It actually had stopped
for over a month and just recently it started again. If there is anymore info needed I will try to list it below:

I have the Xbox 360 Elite with the Xbox 360 Wireless N Networking Adapter.

Yea that's all there is really that matters... Thanks Xbox 360 Wireless N Networking Adapter disconnects from xbox live at random times and allows ... :)

  2. New Internet Connection Won't Wirelessly Connect Online With Xbox

Alright so I had to do some research, I found out your new Virgin Media Super Hub works Wireless with 802.11a,b,g,and n capable in 2.4GHz band plus wireless N in 5GHz band and the Xbox 360 Wireless G Networking Adapter you have it should work just not with
802.11n. So I would say try upgrading your Wireless Network Adapter to the newest "Xbox 360 Wireless N Networking Adapter" and then try connecting online to Xbox Live.

  3. My console keeps going offline

I have a Xbox 360 Slim and after playing online for about an hour my console will disconnect from xbox live. It won't let me reconnect without having to restart my xbox. When I go to check the wireless connections available, I'm told to connect a Xbox wireless
Networking Adapter to the console which isn't right considering the Slim has a built-in wireless adapter. Is there any simple solutions for this or do I have to take my xbox in to get repaired?

There's a multitude of different things that could be happening here, and a lot of it depends on you network setup at your home. If you have a lot of wireless devices on your wireless network, all sharing that 2.4Ghz radio space, it's common to have issues
where too many devices are on the same channel and one disconnects. Let's say you've got your laptop going, your smart phone, your xbox, the rest of your families phones, tablets, and all that connected to the same base station, that might be causing your
problem. Newer wireless routers on the N spectrum typically now use the 5.0Ghz radio band to get past this, but the older wireless adapters can't connect to that. Honestly, you should always go with a wired connection whenever possible if you want stability.
You can't really mess a hard wired connection. If that isn't possible, try turning everything wireless in your home off for a little bit and see if there are any issues when it's just your xbox. If you don't get disconnected, then it pretty much seems like
you'll have to go wired to keep a constant connection. Hope some of this might be able to help you out a bit.
