Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter

Discus and support Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Have the drivers for this become like obsolete or something? all i want is to be able to use 360 controllers on my PC but it doesnt automatically...     Have the drivers for this become like obsolete or something? all i want is to be able to use 360 controllers on my PC but it doesnt automatically download like i have read it should and every link for drivers that i have found on threads just takes me to an accessory manual page?

    It is a wireless N adapter make sure that mode is supported by what you are trying to connect it to.

    to connect the Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter

    1. Attach the Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter to the back of your Xbox 360 console by snapping the plastic tabs on the adapter into the slots on the back of your console.
    2. Plug the USB cable into the USB port on the back of your console.
      Note If you are using a wireless adapter and a Kinect sensor, use the wireless adapter extension cable included with the Kinect sensor to plug the wireless adapter
      into a USB port on the front of the console.
    3. Flip up the antennae.
    4. If a network cable is plugged into the back of the console, unplug it.
    5. Configure the wireless settings on your console. For more information, see
