XBOX 360 Wireless Adapter goes from green to red randomly

Hello gamer,

If you have black adapter with two antennae (wireless N adapter) flashing green light this means the adapter is trying continuously to connect to a wireless network.

In case of flashing red light the adapter might be damaged and you should order a new adapter from the Xbox Online Service Center

A solid red light on the black wireless N adapter means it is not recognised properly, can you try it in one of the front USB ports and see if it goes green?

Just disconnected again. This time I noticed that the light on my wireless adapter turned red. It then flickered back to green then back to red and finally switched back to green and stayed their. I don't know if wireless adapters can just give out or if
that is what mine is doing.
