    Xbox 360 windows 10 account issue


    I've had an xbox 360 with an account and a gold membership for a while now. recently I upgraded to windows ten on my computer and made a microsoft account with a newer email of mine. Now when I try to log into my account on my xbox with the email I've always
    used for it, it says it does not exist. It allows me to use my new email I used for my computer, but the password does not work for it. I have reset the password, I've downloaded the app to generate an app password for it, Nothing is working and I cannot log
    into my xbox. I'm not sure what to do since I've tried everything possible.

    Hi, You can use the same xbox live account on Windows 8, Windows 10, Xbox One, Xbox 360 & Windows Phone 8/10. You do not have to create a different one for each device.

    Two different accounts - Help!

    Hello, I have one account for Xbox Live and another for my Windows 10 Desktop. Is there any way to combine these accounts? On windows 10 I can sign in to the xbox app with my Live account but the Windows Store app uses the Windows 10 account. The issue
    is that the Xbox Anywhere games won't be available on Windows if I purchase on my Xbox One since the accounts are different.

    There has to be a way to merge the accounts, right?

    support.xbox.com/contact-us or call at 1-800-4MY-XBOX (1-800-469-9269 (US & Canada)) The Agent will ask you a series of questions to verify that you are the account holder, and then they will
    be able to get you that email address.
