    Xbox 360 Will not connect after the outage


    Guys, I was playing destiny on my 360 This Friday 9/6/19 3:00 am when I got kicked from live. Never connected back. Went to sleep.

    checked and discovered the outage. My Xbox One didnt connect either. Same with my computer.

    Saturday I saw the news about the comeback and tested all the gadgets. XOne was back, online and signing in, computer too, although, 360, nothing.

    Today, Sunday, 9/8/19, My xbox 360 is still not signing in. My wi-fi works super fine, all gadgets,xbox one and computers have internet and sign in.

    I am frustrated. I will call xfinity tomorrow but I still have the sensation that this is not my internet.

    the error is the 80151901. Same error since Friday.

    Does anyone have or had the same problem and solved?

    Try a hard reset:

    Hold the power button until the system shuts off.

    Then unplug the power cable for 5min and plug it back in.

    Restart the system.

    That might help
    Wont a hard reset delete my saves and profiles? When I am signed out, my xbox cant download a profile because does not connect with the wifi.

    Follow the steps listed in Error code 80151901 lookup It may resolve your issue.
    I tried everything. Went to the xfinity website, changed channel, mode. Nothing worked. My Router sees all the devices and the 360, but does not connect with it even trying by the website, controlling the connection by the router.

    How many devices are using WiFi?

    Have you tried a wired ethernet connection to the console?

    You may have signal interference.

    Responding the friend and for those interested to solve a sitution like that, wiring was what solved my problem. My 360 in other routers work, but on my router, after the outage, just wired. Thanks a bunch!
