Xbox 360 will intermittently sign out of live

I have read more threads on this issue than I can count, and nothing seems to work. Here is the deal, when playing on or off line i will randomly be signed out of my XBL account. I have tried the suggested delete the profile, clear the cache(3 times), restart
the console and download the profile for a corrupted profile a few times. This did not change anything. I run the network test over and over again with no error codes, Error Status Report will be listed below. My Xbox One occasionally comes up with a strict
NAT which also drives me crazy when in party chat. I have an active UPnP though I am using a wired connection. My router is a NETGEAR WNDR3400v3, I run charter internet, on an average day 30 Mbps.

    On to Error Status Report:

    W: 0000-000B

    X: 0000-F001

    Y: 20A8-4840

    Z: 0000-0000

    ID: FFFF-FFFF

    L: 0015-10F0

    Q: 8015-100C

    T: WIRED

    A: 192.168.1.6/255.255.255.0

    G: 192.168.1.1

    D: 192.168.1.1/0.0.0.0

If anyone has a detailed and effective solution I would love to hear it. If not we will see how it fairs out a third story window.

    :)

360 and One on same gold account

If I sign in to Xbox Live on my Xbox One, will I also be able to sign in on the same account on my 360 at the same time? Say someone is using the Xbox One in the living room and I'm playing my 360 in my bedroom. Will I be able to use the same account?

WHITTEN: Yes this works! You'll be able to be signed on with the same gamertag on both an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One console at the same time. However, like today, you can only be signed into one Xbox 360 and one Xbox One at a time

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

Hi! TechniKill24, have you tried to check for corrupted files on the hard drive?

Check for and delete corrupted content. Here's how:

1.Press the Guide button on your controller.

2.Go to Settings and select System Settings.

    3.Select Storage.

4.Choose a storage location and then press A on your controller.

5.Choose Games and Apps and then press A.

6.Scroll down and check for corrupted files. A corrupted file will be marked with a yellow exclamation mark.

7.If you find a corrupted saved game file, delete it. Here's how:

a.Select the game, and then press A.

b.Select Delete, and then press A.

c.When prompted, "This will permanently delete the selected content from your console. Are you sure you want to delete?," select Yes.

After that, try to restore your network settings to factory defaults too.

1.Press the Guide button on your controller, select Settings, and select System Settings.

    2.Select Network Settings.

3.Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network when the network list is displayed.

4.Select Configure Network. 5.On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults. When prompted, select Yes, Restore to Factory Defaults.

Note This resets the console's network settings only, and not other settings.

    6.Turn off your console.

7.Turn on your console. Wireless only: You will receive a message to configure wireless settings. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your wireless network.

I'm really sorry to hear that, TechniKill24. Alright, you seem to have done the basic troubleshooting steps that are sometimes being handed over by the Xbox Chat Support Team. Reading some other posts about this issue and I have collated some troubleshooting
steps about this. But you might be need to repeat that. Judging from the OP, your connection is fine. Let me post them here for you. Though the steps that I will post will be on a one go. Doing everything before restarting.

Remove your profile from the console, clear the cache 3 times, restore the network settings to factory defaults, check for corrupted files (I know that you have already done this), delete marketplace data

    Here's how:

Solution 7: Delete the Marketplace System Data file. The Xbox 360 console also stores temporary files for the Xbox Games Store. You might resolve this issue if you delete the Marketplace System Data file. Here's how:

1.Press the Guide button on your controller.

2.Go to Settings, and then System Settings.

3.Select Storage and then select your primary storage device.

    4.Select System Items.

    5.Select Marketplace System Data.

    6.Select Delete.

    7.Restart your console.

Then restart the console using these steps:

    1.Eject discs inside the console

2.Press and hold the power button for 8 - 10 seconds to turn it off.

3.When the console is off, unplug all the wires from the console

4.Unplug the power supply from the console and from the wall socket, make sure that the LED on the power supply is completely out. Most likely around 2 minutes

5.When the LED on the power supply is completely out, plug it back to the console first and plug it back to the wall socket

    6.Turn on the console

After that, try to connect back to your network, redownload the profile. If still it will not work, here's our last option; let's remove the last system update from the console. Here's how:

1.Press the Guide button on your controller

2.Go to Settings and then System Settings.

    3.Select Storage.

4.Highlight (but do not select) Memory Unit.

5.On your controller, press the following buttons in the following order:

    a.Left bumper

    b.Right bumper

    c.X button

Note If you don't know where these buttons are on your controller, see Xbox 360 wired and wireless controllers.

    6.Repeat step 5.

7.When you see the following message, select Yes:

    Delete System Update

If any storage device contains a system update, the update and access to Xbox Live will be removed. To use these features again, sign in to Xbox Live and download the update. For more info, visit www.xbox.com/storage.

Your console will restart after the operation is complete. Do you want to continue?

Your Xbox 360 console will restart.

Try this one and let me know how it goes, Thanks!

    Greetings TechniKill!

My concern is why your Xbox One console is being diagnosed with the behavior of strict or symmetric NAT, when your router (Netgear WNDR3400v3) has been confirmed to support multiple console support.

Appreciate if you can post up the make and model of your modem as well (the device which your router terminates to).

Beside UPnP, have you any other rule currently setup for Xbox traffic, such as Port Forwarding/Virtual Server or DMZ?

Are both console's network settings Automatic set to obtain IP and DNS configuration?

Can you visit Netgear website, to make sure your router (model number and hardware rev. nr.) is up-to-date with the latest version of firmware.

Also, make sure NAT Filtering is set to Open.

    Here's how!

    Reboot your router afterwards.

Post back and let us know how that goes and we'll work from there.
