Xbox 360 was a awful console

I own a 360 and has experience many technical faults. had few Red ring, disc drive can't open close read disc and often stops reading while running disc, damages games can't connect to Xbox live. Microsoft refused to help and instead profit from it. I
contacted customer support multiple times and they refused to admit Microsoft made a faulty machine. Using terrible sales pitch such buy another one instead of replacing or repairing the machine. Microsoft doesn't care about fixing 360 common issues and instead
focus on pointless horrible anti consumer features like smart glass, Bing, DRM, TV TV TV, selling overprices accessories that are important like hard drive wi-fi adapter that weren't included in original models. Only because they want to sell it cheap compare
to PS3. Not to mention Microsoft built the console cheap, which that turn out well didn't it. Overprices digital games, DVD for HD gaming some game had multiple disc and require update, maybe built in HD DVD could have made things different, Pay for disc replacement
to replace damaged and broken disc made due to how cheaply and rushed the console was, even has many different maker of it. Pay for background. Pay for Xbox live per profile, just to access apps, Ads on dashboard, And games for windows live. The 3 year warrantee
was a lie. The console was repaired so many time because Microsoft refused to repair themselves. Some repair shop refused to repair the console. The console has ages so poorly, it truly was a disaster of a console. Microsoft could have simply replace the console
with new less faulty model for free as standard and that it and they know the console was faulty and ignored 360 owner who has deal with the problem. And that mishandling is why Xbox one lost. Shame on you Microsoft.
