    Xbox 360 VS Xbox One Controller


    This shouldn't even be a comparison because the Xbox One controller is better right? WRONG! In fact it's a disaster. They have to realise that when you design a controller for a gaming console it will be put under a lot of stress. Designing a controller
    cheaply and marketing it like it isn't is not fair to anyone who has to keep buying them. Back when I had my 360 I only need to replace my controller ONCE and that was near the time they announce the Xbox One and I had my 360 ever since the elite model came
    out. These new ones have one third to half the life span a 360 controller had. It's only been 2 years and I've gone through 3 controllers and now need a new one. They really need to get their gears together this is ridiculous.

    Xbox One controller's left trigger or right trigger held down indefinitely (Windows 10)

    Some DirectInput based games don't understand split trigger support in the Xbox One controller. You can see the difference in the axes for joy.cpl(Start->Run->joy.cpl) using a 360 controller vs an Xbox One controller (3 axes for 360 vs 4 for Xbox One). Please
    list the games you're facing trouble with as this is a game specific problem.

    I believe so. The 360 controller is loved by all but PS3 fanboys. It fits in everyone's hands quite nicely. My hands use to cramp up using a PS2 controller back in the day. When one of my friends bought an original Xbox, I liked that the controller felt
    comfortable in my hands. This was one of the deciding factors when I was choosing PS3 vs Xbox 360.
