    I & I'm sure lots of others have tried to transfer songs from their iTunes to their Xbox 360 hard drives via USB flash drive but with no luck what so ever. Then I find out the only way to transfer music from iTunes to an Xbox 360 it to buy blank CDs & transfer
    all music that way. But the blank CD way feels a bit primitive. It would be much easier to just have the ability to use a USB flash drive but sadly the Xbox 360's programming wont allow it. Does anyone know of a way to make it so I can use any USB flash drive
    as a means to transfer or better yet play music on an Xbox? I find it annoying to have to use CDs to transfer everything music related from my computer to my Xbox even tho Microsoft made both my Xbox'es OS & my computers OS. I wish Xbox live would just allow
    iTunes on the 360 & the One but they feel the need to compete with everything like Zune vs iPod/iPhone when we all know pretty much everyone prefers apple for music devices. Microsoft has no problem allowing iTunes to be on windows OS but for some reason they
    don't want iTunes for Xbox.

    Transfer files from pc to xbox

    Well I tried using the flash drive. Below are the steps that I followed to transfer games through flash drive:

    1. Downloaded the iso file of the game from torrent site.
    2. Used ISO2GOD to transfer the game from computer hard drive to flash drive.
    3. Plugged the USB in Xbox.
    4. When I try to browse the USB, it doesn't show anything to browse USB, only two options are available on Xbox, 1. configure USB storage for Xbox 360, 2. Customize.

    When flash drive didn't worked I tried the FTP. As per online forums I followed every single step very closely with firewall and internet security disabled but FTP Client fails to connect to Xbox IP.

    Do I have to crack/hack/mod my Xbox in order to transfer games and play on it???

    Xbox 360 USB flash drive music transfer issue

    The only way to transfer music to your HD is on CD. The only other way of getting music from your PC to play on your 360 is by making sure your 360 can connect to your PCs windows media player. That's really all you can do. iTunes still wont work this way

    Itunes to xbox is such an odd issue to bring back..... I expect your next thread on Flash and the IE app.....

    You would need to transfer using a USB Flash Drive if you're able to get to the data on the hard drive, as there's not a transfer cable currently for the Xbox 360 S hard drive.

    A good old fashioned USB flash-drive may just do the trick. This is assuming your files are completely intact and don't have to be reformatted. But yea, a file transfer should honestly be as simple as that. Make sure your flash-drive is empty before
    formatting it to the 360. Reformatting a flash-drive will typically remove everything on it.
    Yeah this was the first attempted I tried, but I can transfer everything accept the music files. any other suggestions?

    is there a way to use the transfer cable to a Mac?
