    Xbox 360 USB driver recognition (no console idiots please IT only)


    Ok so first off I'm an IT technician (embarrassing) that I'd even post a thread on this but I've a pretty crappy 4GB USB flash drive that's been formatted to File allocation table 32 structure, but it's not being recognised at all in xbox 360 storage options.
    I'm thinking the driver may not be recognised through 360 and there may be a conflict (USB 2.0) FYI any ideas? Please no idiots saying configure in xbox, that's the problem you can't see it because "it's not recognised".

    Any feedback would be appreciated.

    P.S: A full DOS format has also been done to no success.

    "This disc in unreadable" for new gta v copy?

    Not sure if this is the case here, but the Xbox 360 console has no error message for HDD. It uses the same "disc unreadable" -error for HDD read/write/crc errors. It only displays a error message when the HDD is completely dead. If possible, remove the HDD
    from the console and try installing the gamedata to a USB storage device that has enough storage space available.

    You need to have an Xbox 360 wireless usb adapter or a USB-only pad for it to work.

    Please try not using the USB hub and use a direct USB to USB to your PC for the xbox one controller.

    Otherwise, the warranty for the xbox one controller does not cover accidental damage. You will have to buy a new one if there's a problem here.

    As for the xbox 360 controller, the play and charge kit does not make it a USB controller, that device only transfers power, not data - even though it shows up on device manager. You will need the Xbox 360 wireless receiver for windows for that to work,
    or a purely wired xbox 360 controller.

    As for the USB hub having issues, please uninstall it from the device manager and reboot and see if it gets the drivers reinstalled.

    No. You cannot use them. The way the stick works is when inserted into the USB drive it installs drivers in order to work. You cant install these drivers onto the Xbox 360 console. I'm sorry.

    You cant use usb headsets on consoles as I mentiomed BEFORE.only ones that are made for xbox

    Those ones dont have latency as they are either wired 3.5 or wirlesss either thru xbox Sonic like turtle beaches recon 70 gen2 or usb bluetooth adapter (licensed products only) like astros

    Usb headsets requires drivers which unless they are made to be compatible with your console wont access the drivers built in
