    Xbox 360 update


    I have been trying to download the mandatory update to my 360 for the last hour. It keeps getting 80% done then saying "cant process update" with the error code 448449713800700c000000e. I have done everything on the solutions here except submitting a service
    request. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

    Update on solutions i have tried. I connected my xbox to the modem, pulled the hdd out and put it back in, rolled back the update, cleared the cache, and checked my connection. Nothing worked. I contacted the actual support people and apparently my only options
    now r to try doing an offline update which means using a usb flash drive and downloading the update to it from a pc, (which i cant do bc i dont have a pc just a tablet and my xbox 360) or i can re move my wifi card and just play games offline, but that means
    no new games from the marketplace, or game updates, or multiplayer.
