xbox 360 update/ storage issue

can anyone explain this STATUS code to me 416B-0000-3080-050C-8007-0070

this is the code that keeps popping up on my xbox 360

i have reset the factory settings default , also reset my memory storage

and still nothing

:)

Hi there - that error message refers to a storage device issue. From our
System Update Troubleshooting guide:

xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-D000-0185

A storage device (memory unit or hard drive) was not found during the software update. Follow these steps:

1. Turn off your console.
2. Remove all console storage devices, including any USB flash drives, external hard drives, or the internal hard drive on the Xbox 360 S console. Learn how to remove the hard drive.
   
3. Add your primary storage device, for example, the hard drive.
4. Turn on the console
5. Try updating the console again.
   

What model of console do you have? Does it have an internal hard drive, or internal flash memory?
