Xbox 360 Update doesnt work

Oddly not the first person to report bugs in the new 360 update, I use my one, because backward compatibility lets us enjoy 360, but I'm getting scared to update my 360 console.

yeah but for some it works so i gues it depends on the xbox itself i guess.

ok little update.

i did one mistake and i didnt format my USB-Stick to the FAT32 System.

Now my xbox installed the update but i can´t connect to Xbox live because "An Update is needed to use Xbox Live, but the update is currently not available, when there is still problems contact xbox/support...."

i translated it from german and in my own style but its bassically the same.
