Xbox 360 trying to download a game gets me an "unknown game" when finished

I recently bought Dead or Alive 3 on my 360 and I can´t get it to work, I always end up with a 4.4GB "unknown game". I already download it several times and even changed the storage device and nothing. Can somebody help me, please? I really wanted to play that game

Hi! I tried with several different games bigger and smaller in size than DOA3 and I had no trouble with those using the exact same internet conection over Wi-Fi. I am having this problem only with this game.

I also tried to download it to my Xbox One and it went fine, It´s perfectly playable and the download had no issues but I wanted it for my 360 since I have that one in my bedroom

My internet connection is failing, could that be the problem??

Hello again, if your internet has connection failures this causes you to lose packages when downloading and with that the file may get corrupted.

If you are connecting over wi-fi, try switching the connection to the network cable for greater stability.

Hello I can't download the DLC , PvZ garden warfare variety pack on my xbox 360.

when I start the game asks me to download the update and when is almost finished showing me a message saying it could not be downloaded
