Xbox 360 transfer purchases between accounts

No, digital purchases from one microsoft account can not be transfered to another account. You can use the content from the one account if they are using the home console of said account, or the account is logged in at the time to validate content license.
But you can not transfer the license off the account.

Sorry to say but a transfer to another account wont work.

No but save it till you possibly get an xbox one and game share the profile

Purchases are tied to the account that bought the games, and can't be transferred.

But thanks to the License Transfer on the Xbox 360 or the Home Console setting for the Xbox One, you can allow other accounts to play that owner account's games on each console, without owning the game.

Just make sure you don't lose the original owner account access!
