    Xbox 360 Toshiba 24SL410U No Sound


    So I am trying to connect my 360 to this TV (Toshiba 24SL410U). There is already something connected to the composite a/v jacks so I plugged it into the green, blue, red HD jacks and the red/white audio jacks. So the picture is coming up perfectly fine but
    the audio is nowhere to be found. Halp?

    Again 120$ coughed for nothing.

    Apparently, a Toshiba with 2 HDMI ports can have serious sound issues with a X360. The said Toshiba being bought in november 2012 (the fact that it took me 3 months to realize that the X-360 was not producing sound with this TV is pretty telling)

    Interesting. I just purchased a new T.V. three days ago. It was between a Samsung or Toshiba; it would appear I made the right choice. What model was it? This would be good information for people considering a new T.V. purchase.

    Xbox 360 Toshiba 24SL410U No Sound

    That particular TV has two HDMI inputs, so just connect your console using an HDMI cable.

    Problem solved and a much better quality picture too.
