    Hi

    I bought zoo tycoon for my daughter about 3 months ago she played it once or twice for the whole of 30 min, and then I upgraded to a xbox one. I then tried to upload it to the xbox one, and could not, 2 months of trying to figure out how to load the game
    to the cloud and then trying to figure out how to get the game from the cloud to xbox one. Eventually this week I found a way to chat to a support person and they explained about the backwards compatibility (now I knew about this but I figured that is for
    disc as I have over one hundred that are not backwards compatible) but did not think a digital copy would have to be backwards compatible!!!

    Anyway long story short, get a email back from the refund people with sorry no refund allowed, I resent an email explaining that I did not play the game and decided I do not like it and want a refund to get something else, I want to get the exact same game
    but for xbox one so my 5 year old can enjoy her game finally!

    They did not even read the email just sent me another email saying no refund.

    So I want to know who I need to ask to put the game on the backwards compatibility list or if it is possible, as I feel it is really unfair that parents upgrade their kids xbox's as it is and then have to re-buy the digital copy again for the games.

    I have the xbox one minecraft, xbox upgraded it and I had to pay another R330 just to upgrade it even though I own the disk.

    So am not going to pay another R549 for my 5 year old when she played the game twice only, surely there should be some sort of exception or something that can be done.

    It is the same game, can they not see that she was playing only in the practice game not even a real game of the zoo on the download.

    Is there anything I can do, as I want to get rid of the Xbox 360 consoles, I already have 3 xbox one and 2 xbox 360 in my house I need to get rid of some of them.

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as very dissappointed in the service of the refund support, not even a proper explanation or just at least read my explanation why I want the refund!!!!!

    Also I spend a lot of money on digital downloads it is not only this one that I have bought, the ones my kids played a lot I am not asking for a refund only this one that has not been played as yet!!

    Call of Duty Dual License Confusion.

    I have found this but Amazon does not write that in their description, they write the opposite

    But what I found on another website was this

    Q. When I upgrade from digital download for Xbox 360 to digital download for Xbox One, will my digital Xbox 360 game license be deactivated?

    A. No, Xbox 360 game license will not be deactivated. Both game licenses will be retained.

    This essentially means that should you buy the license, you will be buying the game for both consoles simultaneously. Sweet idea?

    it will work, if you bought the digital copy from the MS market place it will work not sure about any others:
