xbox 360 technical problems?

I have the 250 GB of the xbox 360 E and since a while it's been giving me problems and I don't know what the problem is.

First: Sometimes I have to press the power button twice so that it can turn on or off.

second: it'll stop responding and I have to turn it off and on again to continue playing,at the beginning it happened occasionally but it's been happening more often.

third: Sometimes it turns on by itself just a few seconds after turning it off.

and finally, after turning off the console, the screen delays for a few seconds in turning black, Although the xbox has already been turned off.

So do you think the problem could be the hard drive, the Hardware or Neither?

How much would it cost to have microsoft repair it?

anything would be helpful, thanks in advance.

Xbox One is not designed to stand vertically

I store my Xbox 360 vertically.

Technically speaking, any of the cartridge based consoles could be stored vertically due to the lack of moving parts.

The fact that your console freezes during gaming and turns on again by itself when you try to turn it off makes me think of a hardware failure. Just to be on the safe side try to clear your console cache a few times and if that doesn't helps you can file
for repairs here:

support.xbox.com/.../getting-your-product-serviced

The repairs cost is decided by the apposite team in base of your console's warranty and the damage.

I called the technical support from Microsoft for the same problem , they tell me and no technical support for this device, so you better buy any joypad and emulate a joystick Xbox 360 and never again prefer the original because microsoft wash your hands
with this problem.

I notice that you said you said you "can't download the Xbox 360 games". Are you having a technical problem with your Xbox One?

Simply try using someone elses 360. Use your copy of Gears 3 and if it has the same problem then you will know. If not... then that means it's technical, problem with your 360.
